Ordering Business Cards
When you work with Sesame Letterpress, you are supporting a small, women-owned and operated business. Our antique presses date back to the 1880s and your cards will be printed one at a time using this traditional style of letterpress printing.
Our Pricing
Our standard business card is a heavyweight 184lb cotton paper that is made for letterpress printing. Double sided printing can be done on a heavier 236lb card.

Our Process
1. Select a design from our collection
View our collection and select the design that you’re drawn to. Refer to our customizing page for ink color and image options.
2. Start your order
Click the "Start your order" link on the design’s page for our order form.
This will walk you through the steps to design your business cards. You’ll note the text to be printed and select your quantity and design details.
3. Approval & Printing
We will email you a PDF showing your custom design for approval before we proceed to print. We’ll need 2 weeks to complete the letterpress printing.

If the artwork is a black and white vector eps file, we should be able to print it. You’ll need to email us to confirm this.
Maybe. You’ll need to send us the details and understand that there would be an additional $75-$150 design fee if we are laying out a totally custom design.
Our business card collection includes a variety of font styles. We recommend selecting from the collection. You can combine a font from one style with the layout shown in another.
3 weeks. The design and revision process can take up to a week. Once your design is approved, we need 2 weeks to complete the order.
Occasionally we can turn a job around quicker (2 weeks) but you’d need to check with us before ordering.
